Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery time by our carriers (La Poste or Mondial Relay) is 48 to 72 hours.
Bohosoleil cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. No refund is therefore possible.
It is your responsibility to provide all necessary details for proper delivery of your order (access code, access specifications, etc.).
If you are absent during delivery, a notice will inform you of the storage arrangements for your package and its availability, under the full and exclusive responsibility of the carrier.
If the delivery address you provided is not valid and results in the package being returned due to non-receipt at the indicated address, the costs of reshipping the package to the new address provided will be your responsibility.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order shipment, along with a link to the carrier’s website for tracking your package.
Shipping costs are indicated at checkout and depend on the carrier selected.
Standard delivery is free in metropolitan France for purchases over €90.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving the item(s) to request a return and exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code. Items must be returned in their original packaging and new condition, unworn, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
To do so, you can fill out the contact form available on the website www.bohosoleil.com or send an email to the following address:
contact@bohosoleil.com indicating your name and order number.
We will promptly send you an acknowledgment of withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) and provide you with the return address.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 15 days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. To replace the item received, you will need to return the item and place a new order to purchase the new product.
