Returns are accepted for 14 days and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Apart from the right of withdrawal governed by law, a partial or full refund is provided in the following cases:
1. Product damaged upon receipt
The Customer is requested to report any apparent damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, to facilitate logistical management.
2. Product does not conform to the order
In this case, we will cover the return costs and, depending on the Customer’s choice, provide a compliant replacement or a full refund, subject to availability of the product originally ordered.
In the event of a return for a non-conforming product, we will provide the Customer with a prepaid return label for the return shipping costs, subject to availability of the product originally ordered.
3. Package not delivered or lost
In accordance with Article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code, if the package is not received within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the order, the Customer may request the termination of the contract and obtain a full refund.
Bohosoleil will verify the shipment with the carrier. If a loss or non-delivery is confirmed, a refund will be issued as soon as possible, using the original payment method.
4. Processing times
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method. In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after validation of the request and/or receipt of the returned product.
6. Shipping costs
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or lost. In other situations (for example, returns due to withdrawal), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in exceptional circumstances which will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Exceptional circumstances clause
Any exceptional situation not covered by the cases mentioned above will be examined on a case-by-case basis by Bohosoleil. If necessary, a goodwill gesture may be offered, although this does not constitute a contractual obligation.

RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or bear any costs other than those provided for by law.
1. Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the customer service department of the website www.bohosoleil.com via the dedicated form available in the “Contact” section of the website. An acknowledgement of receipt of the request will be sent to the customer without delay, on a durable medium (for example, by email).

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision to withdraw. They must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale as new.
Return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer except in cases where the product is non-compliant or lost.

3. Reimbursement
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will refund all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery charges, using the same payment method as the original order.
We reserve the right to postpone any refund until we have received the returned products, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code.
The refund will only be issued after verification that the return conditions have been met (product undamaged, unused, and complete).
No proof of shipment can replace the physical receipt of the product. A refund confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email once the refund has been processed.
We also reserve the right to refuse any clearly abusive return request, particularly in cases of repeated use of the right of withdrawal solely to obtain a product without a commitment.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in good faith and in accordance with its purpose as defined by law.
