No refund is therefore possible. <\/p>\n\n<p>It is your responsibility to provide all necessary details for proper delivery of your order (access code, access specifications, etc.).<br\/>If you are absent during delivery, a notice will inform you of the storage arrangements for your package and its availability, under the full and exclusive responsibility of the carrier.<br\/>If the delivery address you provided is not valid and results in the package being returned due to non-receipt at the indicated address, the costs of reshipping the package to the new address provided will be your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n<p>You will receive an email confirmation of your order shipment, along with a link to the carrier&#8217;s website for tracking your package. <\/p>\n\n<p> Shipping costs are indicated at checkout and depend on the carrier selected.<br\/>Standard delivery is free in metropolitan France for purchases over \u20ac90.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n<p>You have <strong>14 days after receiving the item(s)<\/strong> to request a return and exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code. Items must be returned in their original packaging and new condition, unworn, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.  <\/p>\n\n<p>To do so, you can fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/bohosoleil.com\/en\/contact\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/bohosoleil.com\/contact\/\"><strong>contact form available<\/strong><\/a> <strong>on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bohosoleil.com\/\">www.bohosoleil.com<\/a><\/strong> or send an email to the following address:<br\/><strong><a href=\"mailto:contactbohosoleil@gmail.com\"><\/a><a href=\"mailto:contact@bohosoleil.com\">contact@bohosoleil.com<\/a><\/strong> indicating your name and order number.<\/p>\n\n<p>We will promptly send you an acknowledgment of withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) and provide you with the return address.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 15 days. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n<p>We do not currently offer exchanges.
